** This is to sign up for football camp only** Session will be led by SAS Directors Ben Uzun, David Gill ( Brighton Hove Albion Fc Academy Scout) & Ex Professional Footballer for Crystal Palace & Wycombe Wanderers, Richard Harris c/o of R&R FC. Our action football camp will include; SAQ exercises (Speed, Agility & Quickness) Ball mastery skills 1v1, 2v2 & 3v3 Overload practices (2v1, 3v2) Shooting competitions Small sided games World Cup Tournament (Friday's only) Please make sure children wear the appropriate clothing and footwear suitable to play football outdoors, (grass). Shinpads are also compulsory. A packed lunch will also need to be provided with plenty to drink throughout the day (water based drink) Cash payments can be made on the day and sibling discount is also available.
