Cancellation

Please note* SAS Academy are under no obligation to refund or transfer any money due to any sessions missed due to;

·     Your child being absent or sick

·     Your child leaving early 

·     Your child only attending part of the session

•   For cancellation of a Holiday Camp booking, SAS Academy require 72 hours’ written notice to info@sasacademy.co.uk prior to the activity start date for a refund. Please note* All cancellations will occur a 10% reduction applied to the refund to recompense refund fees. 



• No less than 72 hours’ notice should be given in order for parents/ carers who wish to cancel their Holiday Camp booking to receive a full credit note which will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue or alternatively you will be able to transfer your booking to alternative sessions of your choice. 

•   We require 48 hours’ notice in order for parents/ carers to swap After-School Club, Breakfast Club or Holiday Camp sessions at the discretion of SAS Academy inclusive of Multi-sports, Cheerleading and Football Sessions.

• For parents/ carers wishing to cancel a Breakfast Club or After-school booking, SAS Academy require 1 weeks written notice to info@sasacdemy.co.uk prior to the activity start date for a refund. Failure to do so will incur payment in full, whether sessions have been attended or not. Please note* All cancellations will occur a 10% reduction applied to the refund to recompensate for refund fees.
